How to Use This Site

Build Confidence With Sellers Working with sellers requires preparation, communication, pricing knowledge, market awareness, negotiation skill, and steady follow-up. You do not need to master everything at once. Start with the class that matches where you are in the seller process, review the material, and apply one step at a time. The more prepared you are, the more confident your sellers will feel. Prepare well. Communicate clearly. Protect the process. Serve the seller.
